I had a meditation once where i went out of my body and felt as if i was in the place of observing from the 4d as your talking about. I was able to see the entire timeline of humanity in images in front of me like a movie. I didnt see like exactly all of them. But i saw many moving images on a screen of space. It was one of the most blissful experiences of my life. I came back from that meditation crying of pure joy. It was like getting a hug from the universe. I resonate with what youre saying here about moving through the 3d but the subconscious and god sees that everything is already created and happening all at once. Thats what i felt like i had a glimpse of during that out of body meditation.

Be patient with yourself, you have to get comfortable spending time alone to get to know yourself and what you truly like not what the world and your peers put on you, go into nature, go for walks, meditate and reflect on yourself as much as you can, be mindful of what you do and think and be true to yourself and ask yourself why you act how you act n etc. but most important like I said earlier BE PATIENT WITH YOURSELF everyone’s journey is different
