Everyday you renounce. For before you're going into yyystate of sleep You'll have to renounce the entire Universe and everything that's within this Universe including all thoughts of your emotions feelings love hate etc etc.. When you renounce everything simultaneously you also renounce your I'm ness and yourself in its wholesome totality. Then in any way you're no different than someone like UG... Everything else is nothing but your own assumption of your imagination.. 😂,🤣😜😂🤗😘❤️👍🙏😝
