Over the past 2 or 3 weeks, I have been waking up in the mornings at times with a heavy sadness in my chest and bad anxiety. These past 2 nights, I have listened to your affirmation tracks and I woke up in the morning with a sense of well-being. I would love to ask you if it is essencial doing those affirmations while sleeping. I've been trying these last days, but I cannot fall asleep if I don't stop the meditations. Thank you.

You don't necessarily need to listen while you sleep. You can instead set aside time for meditation. By meditating, you will put your brain into a 'Theta' state - this is when your brain is most receptive to the reprogramming. So meditate for say 5-10 minutes and then listen to this track for as long as you wish to. Many of us (including me) also listen to these more often e.g. when going for a walk, taking a bath, cooking dinner, as we get ready in the morning. It's up to you - the more the better! You are very welcome my friend, for the words to work - you need to listen to this while your brain is in a 'Theta' state, which basically means when your brain is in that sleepy state as you fall asleep and as you are just waking up in the morning.
