This was tough to watch. Ronda obviously has CTE. The way she’s slurring her words and the lifelessness in her voice… she didn’t used to talk like that. She was weak minded and at the FIRST sign of adversity, Quit. She came back and got coddled, special privileges and got smoked even faster and easier then quit again. At what point are we gonna admit she was very good during a time when woman’s MMA was at its all time weakest. Do we really think she’d have the same career she did with the woman in MMA now? Ugh I have so many feelings about this. I truly was a Ronda stan in her ufc days, and I still consider myself a fan and I have a tremendous amount of respect for her and what she’s accomplished. That said, the secret concussion thing and ~I fell down the stairs a week prior and that’s why I lost~ is just not something I am buying and it’s very disappointing. It reads to me as validation-seeking, excuse-making, intentional self-delusion, etc. Not to mention the fact that these statements inherently attempt to negate Holly’s well-deserved win to some degree. Idk. It’s just not a dignified look or thing to do to both herself and Holly.

So in the post-benoit tragedy Era ufc and wwe both decided to risk allowing her in the ring with a concussion because what? Oh because she is the best fighter to ever live. Wow next time she tries to change the narrative she should really come up with a better excuse than that. When she signed with wwe they were in the process of being sued over concussions. The lawsuit didn't get thrown out until months after her debut. I just can't buy that both companies missed and/or looked past all these "concussions" I never knew that the best fighter to ever live would need so many cheap excuses for losing. Judging by her immature temper tantrums, she should skip the malfunctioning mouth guard and just get a pacifier. She is resentful to the fans because they saw through her bullshit. The only title she gets is the most overrated, ignorant, immature athlete of all time.🎉🎉

how pathetic are these men in the comments still taking time out of their day to criticize an olympian, mother, author, and champion

I'm a run of the mill Judoka who is out of his prime. I was a big fan of Rousey, but the trash talking is very much against the spirit of Judo (there's a whole philosophy to it). So, she lost something when she went that route. She was an Olympian though. I've trained with two Olympians and they are otherworldly.

If you are fighting competitively and have a burning desire to be the champion and don't think you are the best fighter you probably never be champion. Conor's time has passed and he probably lose every fight going forward but still believes he is the greatest fighter ever.

Her book should be called victim/excuses. Her concussions did not make her stand for every other fight. She is extremely below average on the feet, on the ground she had one move. Below average fight but when your sleeping with president of company they market you like your something special.

Damn, she's a legend in her own mind...If ronda acted like a mature adult and wasn't such a nasty person, people might like her. First step would be taking some accountability and quit blaming everyone else. You aren't even the best fighter of your era let alone best ever...just let her go by the wayside so we don't have to see this utter crap in our feeds...

@@honeybadgerftuw Sit down simp. Running around every comment trying to be a little panzy. Rhonda Rousey was over rated. She was a bully and was in the UFC during a time where the BEST women fighters were still being discovered. When real fighters arrived, they smacked her silly 2x times in a row. Wasn't even a CLOSE loss, she got destroyed by Holmes AND Nunez devoured her. Even I am here to laugh at her interview. She isn't disliked because she lost, shit, Nate Diaz got bashed non stop, we still LOVE Nate, heart of a champion with or without the belt. Attitude of a champion. Rhonda had a free run and a good payday. She disrespects opponents, so now, no one respects her. Karma a bitch. Not even top 15.
