It's 096. During this timeline the Foundation releases the pictures of 096 and sets it free. It kills hundreds of people before authorities could do something about the pictures.

@@richthofen255 Yea i know, but the Foundation also broadcasted cognitohazards and so on, so i was just curious, which of the two it was, but also it took the GOC only a couple hours if i remember correctly to set up filters across social media to block the pictures of 096 but by that time it had already killed thousands if not tens of thousands just because of how many people saw it.
