Governors are cooler though. A governor doesn't need to do anything. They have assistants who do it all for them so the Governor can relax and enjoy his meals and drinks then go shopping. I admire Governors more than any CS. What about you Allan? Do you worship a Governor or a CS?

A CS has no authority to fire a Civil Servant. The hiring authority is The Public Service & in most cases, you get a warning letter before interdiction, suspension followed maybe with a transfer or retirement in Public Interest. Kindiki's way here is referred to as: Management by Crisis! He has Line Managers under him, they should work as a team.
