My eldest sister died suddenly yesterday. A friend of mine sent me a link to this song, and it was just what I needed to hear.

You are probably one of the best choirs out there if not the best. I have sung in some of of the best choirs in my life and can honestly say the sound your choir makes is incredible. Thank you for your beautiful music.

Hello, I want to thank you. I have been listening to you for a few years. I'm guessing we are politically and spiritually opposite in many regards and yet your beauty and message reaches past all of that. When I think I cannot hear the Voice for Truth I turn to you. Thank you and bless you 🙏

Thank you for your charitable comment. It's a joy to know that you are receiving the Word of Truth through our music. May this truth grow and flourish.

"I will come to you in the silence, I will lift you from all your fear; You will hear My voice, I claim you as My choice. Be still, and know I am near. I am hope for all who are hopeless, I am eyes for all who long to see; In the shadows of the night, I will be your light. Come and rest in Me! Do not be afraid, I am with you! I have called you each by name. Come and follow Me, I will bring you home; I love you, and you are mine! I am strength for all the despairing, Healing for the ones who dwell in shame; All the blind will see, the lame will all run free, And all will know My name. Do not be afraid, I am with you! I have called you each by name; Come and follow Me, I will bring you home. I love you, and you are mine! I am the Word that leads all to freedom, I am the peace the world cannot give. I will call your name, embracing all your pain, Stand up, now, walk, and live! Do not be afraid, I am with you! I have called you each by name. Come and follow Me, I will bring you home. I love you, and you are mine!"

Sadly, it must be said this is a David Haas song. Haas has been discredited due to multiple sexual misconducts and mistreatment of his (now) ex-wife.

More Minnonites in the congregation than members. Shameful.

Dennis Rice it shouldn’t matter who is in the pews or how many people are in the pews. The thing that matters most is that those people came to worship the one true sovereign Saviour in song with the choir
@bmakibbin4 жыл бұрын
@@lamarmartin847I believe Dennis was lamenting the fact that the Presbyterians didn't come out en force to support the very church that was hosting this concert, but then, again, I understand what you are saying.

Maybe a Mennonite congregation meets in the Eastminster Presbyterian Church building.
