Okay, first things first - this is a fantastic tutorial and much better than your first attempt at this song. You play beautifully and you've inspired me to get better. However, this video doesn't cover the whole song and that's really unfortunate. I know you play the whole song at the start but a slow note-by-note is needed for the end. Thanks for this! Ryan Kimm Hey Ryan! Maybe I'm missing something but that link leads to a near 7 minute video which doesn't address the last part of the song. In fact, the video ends with "okay, moving on..." which suggests the video is longer. Then again, maybe I'm just incredibly out of it and can't figure out something simple. Wouldn't be the first time. ;)

Trevor . . . sounds like ur still watching the preview? if u go to his website there are many (MANY) free tunes and You Are My Sunshine is one of them. jst find the "FREE" area... u have to register on the website, but it doesn't cost anything. u probably dint register? there r also tons (TONS) of song lessons u can buy... and there only like $5 or so. Very good lesson, it deals with the picking that always eluded me when younger. In his original version, Cash uses the key of A rather than C which you use, though the principles of picking are basically the same. I find it easier to sing in A than C, so I am trying to figure out both picking techniques.
