I am so sorry for my actions ,,i am so scared and i am by myself dealing with some horrible pain and not knowing what to do ,,i love watching and trying to get my shit together went to my pain doctor and he burnt my nerves in my lower back to help with pain it will take a few days up to a week to see if that works ,,however he did see the back failure while in there ,,its from the large surgery from january ,,,not sure what he found but it needs repair ,,,good be a good thing in the long run but want you with me,,,,,,,,,hope and pray that can happen i am very level headed but feel out of control with this,,,help me with this ,,,please❤❤❤❤🙏🙏🙏🙏

I attended a funeral service for a former colleague yesterday. Just being present makes a difference. It demonstrates that the deceased family members are not alone. It shows respect. Showing that you care - especially during a challenging and sad time.

Most of my friends have already passed away. I have made it a point to reach out to their families - especially their surviving spouses or partners - to let them know that I am thinking of them and their deceased spouse, partner of family member. Without exception my gesture of reaching is out to them are greatly appreciated. It shows them that I care.
