@@jobyyboj I think people who are sensitive to injustice, who have seen a lot of negatives, who want no more of it won't have the same values anymore, even concerning good health. Good question, I'd also love to understand the mechanism explaining why most large animals have shorter lifespans. TRIIIMx is a temporary protocol, just enough to regenerate the Thymus and repopulate the naïve t-cell pool over a year to 18 months. It's repeatable as shown by a low-n TRIIM ->TRIIMx subcohort with a few years in between treatments, but how well that generalizes and how many times repeatable remains to be seen.

Helpful DIY tip: Pregnenolone in place of PM HRT, DHEA, Elk Antler (Igf-1) and Quercetin instead of Metformin. Thick dark hair, wrinkle free at 64.
@b8dom3 ай бұрын
Please could you explain that again but like I’m 10 years old ?
@HappyCetacean2 ай бұрын
@@b8dom Here's where AI really shines; I like Perplexity for questions like this: Pregnenolone and DHEA Pregnenolone is a precursor hormone that can be converted into other hormones like DHEA, progesterone, and cortisol2. Some people use it as a supplement, believing it may help with various aspects of aging. DHEA (Dehydroepiandrosterone) is often referred to as the "mother of all sex hormones" and is thought to have anti-aging properties2. HRT and Hormone Balance The suggestion to use pregnenolone "in place of PM HRT" likely refers to replacing evening hormone replacement therapy with pregnenolone supplementation. This approach aims to support the body's natural hormone production rather than using synthetic hormones2. Elk Antler and IGF-1 Elk antler is sometimes used as a natural source of insulin-like growth factor 1 (IGF-1). IGF-1 is associated with growth and regeneration, but its role in longevity is complex and not fully understood. Quercetin Instead of Metformin Quercetin is a flavonoid with antioxidant properties. The suggestion to use it instead of metformin implies an attempt to mimic some of metformin's potential anti-aging effects through natural means. Metformin, a diabetes drug, has shown promise in longevity research.
@@Walnüsse I stopped having periods 17 years ago. My breasts and vagina still plump also. I use DHEA cream every other day (below navel- important), 1 elk antler and 30mg Pregnenolone daily. I am 5'7" 140lb Caucasian. Everyone is unique so experimentation is key. :)

There is a lot of suffering when you get older and it’s bad enough you have to die, but don’t need to suffer before you do. Number one complaint I hear is exhaustion, and then throbbing aches and pains in bones and joints, then it’s brain severe brain fog and weakness that causes a fall. I am here to serve, but I can’t do it if I am frail and sickly. I want to be like President Carter and help and give, but I want to live longer and work harder than he did.
