In this meditation, Lynn invites us to notice where our attention is being focused in each moment as life unfolds. She explains that we are often so consumed with the outer appearances of life circumstances and events, or distracted and enticed by thoughts within mind, that our attention is everywhere but where we our [our inner sense of self]. It's no wonder why we do not feel centered, and we feel frazzled, disjointed and fragmented. We now have an opportunity to practice the power of noticing where our attention is in any given moment. She invites us to experience the Peace that We Are... our essence... naturally and effortlessly by bringing our attention to the inner sense of self, the I that I Am. She points us beyond the habitual tendency to move away from uncomfortable sensations and instead allow ourselves to meet these uncomfortable sensations with radical acceptance. Not needing to change it or push it away, not trying to analyze or figure out the story of what it is, but rather simply being the one who notices the sensations in complete radical acceptance. By allowing the full expression of what is, we will notice without our resistance it simply dissolves. We are the peace, harmony and acceptance that we have been longing for. Safety is not realized outside of ourselves, safety is who we are.
