Same issue is happening with me and i have cleared every round and the HR is gone for holiday for 20 days and she told me to contact different HR and now she is telling me that your HR round is remaining and its been a week she has not set any call with HR team

Before offer letter joining a company does that make sense to you.I feel suspicious, I haven't seen any company so far has done this ask them to release offer then join or else after joining whatever the package they give you have to accept and most importantly what if they don't pay you after a month

Sara documents wagerah submit kr diya hr ne bola candidature in approval process. Will let you know soon about your offer letter. Ek baat batao ye log OL np ke end mai denge kya mai kisi aur company se negotiate na kar paau aur last mai usnko hi join karu. Last working day on 14th june hai. Don't know offer letter aayega ya nahi.

No issues,it can be reissued,you will have to constantly follow up with the BGC team.Usually if there are any issues they call candidates but as you have not received any call it is still under process.Even they are not responding but still you have to follow up

But my process is pending but all my friends are done with this process so today one week is complete so they hire another one too fast or wait for my reply or give any reminder ( can any company give a reminder for that) please reply. Bhai hindi mein hi bol do, you need to work on your communication. Issue kya hai clearly batao.Dont bother about friends bgc process sometimes takes time. Tum bgc team se mail pe follow up karo,tum rejected agar hote bhi ho to wo tumhe mail karenge

Do not entirely depend on those company offer. It tax 30 days max to release offer. If your wait period is more than that then you should try in other places my friend

You can but if you check the mail they will clearly mention if any issue with the candidate or candidature they will revoke offer and in this case they can present any reason.so don't depend on 1 interview
