When I take interview I clearly tell the candidate that wht is missing in them and what is good. How can they improve. If selected I tell them upfront But I have faced some situations where others don’t tell these about me. What I think is, it’s a very poor practical in our country. Anyone who has taken time out to give u interview, deserves an honest feedback

Sir today I gave a demo of teaching In the beginning there was a general discussion later on I explained topic very well .And after the demo the teachers who were sitting they told me they will inform me. Later she told me that they will inform me through Hr. I also got to know from the workers that they just send their report to HCL and later on procedure is done. Because Today I was not asked about anything like salary and anything else.

Because even if the hiring manager wants to hire a person what will he say except - we will get back to you because hring involves various stages and hiring manager can not confirm a person just after the interview, so in that what would he say except- " will get back to you."

सर नमस्ते 🙏🏻 सर मेरा अभी एक कंपनी में इंटरव्यू हुआ था, सर इंटरव्यू बहुत अच्छा हुआ दो लोगों ने अलग अलग मेरा इंटरव्यू लिया और उन्होंने दोनों ने ही मुझे सलेक्ट कर लिया मेरे रिज्यूम पर ओके लिख दिया और मुझे ड्यूटी का टाइम और सैलरी भी बता दिया। बट उनसे ऊपर कोई हेड होगा उनका तो वे बोले कि आज वे सर नहीं आये है आप कल आइयेगा कल हम आपकी उनसे बात करा देंगे। तो सर फिर अगले दिन मैं उन सर से मिला उन्होंने मेरे बारे में मेरे से बात की मेरा ये पहला इंटरव्यू था मैं थोड़ा डर में था कि कहीं ये सर रिजेक्ट ना कर दे मुझे और वही हुआ भी बात करने के बाद मुझे बोला गया कि आपको कॉल करके बता दिया जाएगा और सर वो कॉल आज तक नहीं आयी। मैंने किसी तरह अंदर से जानकारी निकाली तो पता चला कि बाकी सब ठीक है बस बंदे में कांफिडेंस की कमी है।।
