I played my Burn's 'Dream' guitar, into a Focusrite Scarlett 2i2 2nd Gen USB Audio Interface, then into a 'Reaper Mixing Software'
programme to record the sound whilst playing to the backing track of :- 'You Are So Beautiful'
Using Reaper & Guitar Rig, I produced the desired sound required and saved the finished soundtrack to my computer as a MP3 file.
Then I placed the camera footage onto the timeline in CyberLink PowerDirector19, 'BUT' I replaced the camera soundtrack with the 'NEW'
computer mixed soundtrack from Reaper and Guitar Rig, re-edited the footage to produce the finished video of :- 'You Are So Beautiful'

Hi Krishna, indeed a beautiful song which comes over well as an instrumental, sung by the great Joe Cocker and also by Kenny Rogers. Loved playing this one and pleased you enjoyed my arrangement. We have had monsoon style rain all night tonight and the wind is still howling around, only just beginning to ease from around 9 o’clock last night. Thanks Alan, when I started doing this one I thought I knew what I wanted it to finish up like. It never happened…………. So many twists and turns bought me eventually to the finish line…….. it ended up sounding nothing like anything I’d planned. I went from Joe Cocker to Kenny Rogers to a Glee band of actors and back again at least twice before settling on this beautiful accompaniment which was just about the only choice available really. Loads of karaoke but a limited amount of just accompaniment backing tracks. Anyhow, we got a result of sorts eventually…… pleased you enjoyed listening to it and I thank you as always for commenting on it. For some reason I immediatly though of Roy Orbison but of course that was "A love so beautiful" a totally different song ! Lol I do remember this one and looked up Joe's original - what a great gravelly voice he had sadly no longer with us. Nice to hear your guitar cover it sounded really nice.. All the best Phil

Morning Phil, out of all the recordings of this song I personally prefer the Kenny Rogers version, by far the better version. But then again, it’s all down to personal choice. I really struggled to find a backing track which was an accompaniment and not a karaoke track with backing singers etc for this one, there wasn’t a great choice………….anyway, it’s done and time to move on…….. thanks for your response, I appreciated it as always and pleased you enjoyed it.
