Friends are like having your partner in life, genuine friends are supposedly there to influence you to be a better person, not to degrade you. That is why there is a phrase that says, “Law of Proximity”. For us to be able to be more influential, surround your life with influential people. Having a friend who is there for you, even at your lowest point, who would scold and redirect your path to the better ones, is a true friend. A friend has to be one of your backbones for you to be successful in your journey. God bless you!

100%, genuine friends shape who we are, and the ‘Law of Proximity’ proves it. Our environment and the people around us influence our mindset and actions. Happy people attract happy people, millionaires surround themselves with millionaires, and losers hangout with losers. If your circle isn’t serving you, then create one that does. Similarly, just like with relationships, you shouldn’t stay with a bad partner while searching for the next. It’s important to let go of destructive friendships to make room for better ones.
