You are who Jesus says you are. Do not get your identity from the world, not even from yourself. The world is about like this - if you do enough, feel enough, think enough, then you will become enough. But God says you are enough (Jesus died for you after all!), now do, now feel, now think. Have a blessed day!

"because labels are human constructs, not universal truths" "in the end, your perception is your truth, and you are the artist painting the world you live in" two really hard ass quote's from this video I've been finding myself living by recently. it's funny coming watching your videos with this new stage of my life I'm actually stepping into; it's like while watching i get to check a little checklist of the things I'm doing right, and see the new things I'm learning to notice and enjoy are being talked about, in plain sight. idk i guess I'm saying I'm happy that my eyes are a lot wider with their gaze at the moment, and it's nice watching your videos bc it's like my own acknowledgment of my wider perspective by viewing other people's perspectives, so i can broaden my own and IDK where this thought is going anymore but uh yeah good videos. thank you for stimulating thought processes

@ZimriCruz14 күн бұрын
And to achieve that change of perspective, I think it's also important to recognize that we are not just our thoughts. What we think is merely a reflection of what we are feeling at the moment, and we should be able to observe these thoughts from the third person perspective, to know that what we think is not the complete reality of our situation. Through observing objectively and without judgement, we can acknowledge the great impact of these thoughts into our lives, which then enables us to utilize that change of perspective for our betterment.

I would say that we are what we do. Sometimes we have strange disturbing thoughts but theyre just thoughts and if we don’t let them control us or tell us what we are it’s good for our mental health too. Also, if we think we are a good person while behaving badly then we arent what we think of course.

I don't think we are what we think. We can think what we are but it actually wont change pretty much anything about what we are physically and really. Thought is more of an analyser of reality but it reflects reality as much as a mirror reflects an image, the mirror can't change it.

Yes and no. You are not always what you think. Everyone deludes themselves into inaccurate and sometimes exaggerated viewpoints of themselves. There are books teaching where you shouldn't always believe what your mind says. It is far more important to have a healthy sense of self awareness than blindly believe and think the first thing coming to mind.
@maciejmarchlewski721517 күн бұрын

I think the point is the way you interpret things or situations is what makes your reality, the prism analogy in this video was a good example for this. at least that's what I think
@kristinethevideo16 күн бұрын
Yes I agree with you both! You’re absolutely right that you shouldn’t always trust your mind. What I was trying to get at though is how your experiences play a big role in shaping the way you see the world, and how your reality can look very different from someone else’s because of that :)
