I went through a recent breakup and at first I blamed the other person, but thanks to your videos and some introspective work, I realized that I had my own faults I wasn’t aware of, and not just of the relationship, but I’ve realized that I’ve always distracted myself instead of doing the real inner work. I’ve always been insecure about myself and I never believed in myself. But I’m trying! Today I went on a peaceful walk with no distractions, and was just in my thoughts and it helped a lot. The soundtrack and film that was expressed in waves made me try to understand my own anger. That self reflection when my life was spiralling supported me in making mature decisions. Who will be hurt when I express such feelings? What is my intention? How do I wish to be alive and living? It took a long time to realise that what made me so angry was just an illusion of my poor choices, so in a short amount of time I was able to change. All because I remembered what was my love and ambition for life. These videos remind me of that, thank you.
