Just my opinion but given her unique and obvious talent, I would suggest that we stop using the word 'cover' and instead refer to her 'covers' as her RENDITIONS! Yes, she is technically 'covering' the songs of other vocalists but in my opinion she does he own rendition of songs already recorded! It's a subtle difference and some might not get it but when I heard her do Whitney's "I'll Always Love You" and Adele’s "Hello", it was clear to me she was doing more than covering their songs; she brought her own interpretation to each song that she sang! That to me is the mark of a great talent! She is simply amazing! I'm frustrated that she hasn't recorded an album yet (yes, I'm that old)! Stardom awaits this night bird of song!

Also how good are her song writing skills? @@A.P.... That's, incorrect. The bailey sisters got discovered off youtube by beyonce also dondria, willie Spence. Look at shows like Americas got talent they are not singing their own songs. Now there has been a couple of people who did perform their own songs but that did not put them at an advantage over other contestants who was singing someone else's hits. They are not necessarily looking for someone who write their own songs they already have a staff of people who write hits for major artist. If you can blow like no other that's all you need to get discovered along with perseverance because it wont happen overnight. As long as she stay dedicated and continue to grind its gonna happen.
