Thank you for all, I mean all of your hard work putting these videos together. Been listening for many years and they have helped me through some dark times. Unfortunately, one of my favourite videos ever was taken down “battlefield of the mind” featuring song “infinity shore”. Any chance you could redo or re-upload that video??

Im honestly doing that because I have not pushed for a singular goal and currently my life feels FUCKED a bit. If it works for you then it does. How does one not care about money and government and locality and society and bullshit. Bullshit I cant even change but affects me and everyoje else. Idk how people 40 and up do it.

When we live a purposeful life, we may find ourselves setting goals, achieving goals, and raising our self esteem in the process. Even if we fall short on a goal in a specified time frame, there is so much to learn about your current capabilities that can bring so much peace in your life. We only know what we are capable of by setting goals for ourselves and pursuing them with our best effort. And you know that when you test yourself later and find the previous goal to be a walk in the park now, that you will have a higher respect for the sustained effort that when in to the journey.

How does one fund a purpose. Situation: I'm currently out of job, nothing seems enjoyable, even the free time. No matter how hard i try to corelate with the freeness when i was in school,college or even after college or even weekends. Nothing. So i drink, it help me to calm my thoughts. So help me God...i may loose it....
@warren010h4 ай бұрын
This may not be the most inspirational thing, but typically when I'm in a rut, I remind myself that doing nothing will only keep me there. And that bad habits will only do the same. Its rough figuring out whats next sometimes when you're not sure where to start or what direction you want to go in. But whats helped me countless times is just getting up and doing something. Even if its just going for a walk, reading a book, or writing my thoughts. The simple things often help create a clear headspace for clarity to enter and creative thoughts to begin brewing. I can say one thing for sure - do not use alcohol or drugs to "help" in any way - they may seem to help you relax, but day after day of that will keep you in a mental haze. No good comes from that.

When a question of self esteem is involved, the question to ask is this: is this matter within my direct volitional control or is it atleast linked by a direct line of causality to matters within my direct volitional control?

Just need discipline and write things down hyperactive lack of action that's all just do instead of thinking it over a million times helps me
@Tschoii902 ай бұрын
@@Tsultrimming I'm very disciplined to be honest. I have become basically a machine... I have no real connection to myself, just a vague idea. Worked myself into burnout two times already and I now came to the realization that classic discipline most probably isn't the answer for my problems. ...which isn't easy to accept for me because brutal discipline was all I had to navigate the world so far. I may need to find a slightly different path. I can't work myself to death again.
