Ok, wow! The Ixchel and Habitat projects (the same?) look awesome! I like the modern design more than I thought I would . Also, love the hardwoods, but lighter colors. Are people currently living there with no power? Solar is way to go, I image.

Hey there Jon, the sargassum is only on the east side of the island so you really won't find it on the western coastline of Ambergris Caye. It seems to be somewhat random but currently its not that bad.
