1 cup of almond mela (almond flour) (240ml, 90g)
1/2 cup of powdered sugar (120ml, 70g)
2 egg whites (70g)
1/3 cup sugar (80ml, 70g)
1 tablespoon of instant coffee powder (7 g)
Mocha Butter Cream (filling)
2 egg yolks
1/4 cup of sugar (60ml, 50g) * If you like sweetness, you can add sugar
1/4 cup milk (60ml, 60g)
100g unsalted butter at room temperature
160 degrees (320F) 3 minutes & 140 degrees (284F) 15 minutes
