NIce work. At 16:00 mark when you start at the threshold of the door, instead of cutting a piece if you just put a small piece at the threshold of the door and start with a full piece in the room you wouldn't have ended up ripping a small two inch piece to finish the room. What I do is measure the width of the flooring piece and find out how many rows I need to finish the room. If my last piece is narrow, I trim the first row so the last row ends ups about the same, hence avoiding ripping a small piece to finish the room. Don't know if that is clear, but thats what I do.
