Ingredients / Recipe: (1 cup = 250 ml)
12 apricots (or nectarines)
3 eggs
120 g sugar (3/5 cup)
2 packages of vanilla sugar (8 g each, 1 tablespoon)
110 g oil (1/2 cup)
50 g ground almonds (1/2 cup)
190 g vanilla yoghurt (4/5 cup)
190 g flour (1 1/3 cup) + 1 tablespoon baking powder
50 g corn starch (2/5 cup)
Baking pan: 24 x 37 cm (9.5 x 14.5 inches)
Almonds sliced
