I think there's a lot of good advice in this. One meta comment, you should consider cutting the first 30 seconds from this video. Just start talking at second 0 or 1. The static screen at the beginning, long intro will kill viewership massively.

Thanks for the advice, I’ll try to improve the intro in future videos and clip the leader.
