No stunt double Lou played the both parts. Obviously it's camera trickery when they are both in the same frame. Remember the movie Nutty Proffessor? Eddie Murphy was talking to himself as two characters. It's the same here. Hope this makes sense. By the way there was no stunt double for Lou, no one had a body like his therfore he did all the stunts. Watch the documentary on KZbin you tells the audience on there 💚🇬🇧
