Both Lou and Bill Bixby were the kindest, always took time with people, enjoyed their roles and were very humble, and you could tell they really did enjoy it. Bill Bixby and Lou Ferringo were the perfect casting choice for this

Two things: first the Hulk has an innate desire to do good and protect the innocent even in his rage and second while the Hulk may not recall the knowledge and education of Dr. Banner he is more intelligent than his appearance would suggest, in this case seeing an opportunity to use his environment to win the fight without risking harm to the child. Very on point characterization of the comic book character.

And when people actually asks him question, such as a big branch in the water so they won't drown, The episode were the father was abusing his son, he kept hitting Hulk, and basically Hulk was using his little finger pushing him back down on the ground, and then the father was having flashbacks to his childhood and his father abused him, then the son forgave him. That was a great episode, but like you said he's more intelligent and perceptive than people give him credit for

Yeah Lou ferrigno will always be the goat. I have a one thing CGI has over this is that they can do a lot more with him. With CGI they can make more comic book which I know is it for everybody but as a fan of the comics I love seeing it be put on a big screen when it's done well

No. He did talk, but the difficulty he experienced wasn't because of a speech impediment. It was because he was almost entirely deaf. He learned to read lips, AND to speak, but that is the reason why he had difficulty when talking. 🍻✌
