I absolutely DIED during the role play. I will say though… Gareth was actually making it realistic by talking about the house the way brunhilda would at an open house, and it would have given Adrian practice to respond to something that will actually be said. And Jake interrupting twice actually made it take way longer. That’s exactly what made it so funny and I’m so glad it became completely unhinged… I just wanted to back my boy Gareth up 😉

1st caller should go to the open house and act as if she absolutely loves it. Then make suggestive comments about the exes good looks and ask if he comes with the house as you get a bit too handsy. If that doesn't make him uncomfortable, idk what will. Plus theres a chance he'd be a bit aroused, considering the 4 year history, and his body language/facial expression may expose him to his current girlfriend. Then she can put the pieces together if she cares to.
