when y'all say you can hear your own thoughts do you mean like you can hear them like other people's voices???

@@woozy2773 No, it's more my own voice. I can hear them in someone else's voice that I know, but on command, if that makes sense. If I did hear thoughts in someone else's voice (like in general, not on command), I'm fairly sure that would be considered a hallucination. Some people don't hear their thoughts and some don't have it until later on in their life.

I have a lot of anxiety problems especially about the future so see the doctor help him with his anxiety kinda helps me with mine because I get a lot of help with my anxiety
