On a serious note b4 I retired I got a new job at a company which the H&E had told them if they don't bring the presses up to standard within a week they would shut them down, I said oh phooking great, I phoned the H&E up and asked for one of their Inspectors to come in,as soon as he came in he recognised me from my previous job and said you in a mess I said tell me about it, we chatted about the state of the presses for a few hours, in the end he said if you can get the pressies up to spec in 3 months he would withdraw the closure order, but he said he wants to see weekly progress so he came in every week to check after the 3 months he gave the company the all clear, a few months later he company made me redundant 😒a year later they where shut down because they had done no maintenance on the presses and they had become a hazard again, I got a few thousand out of it so it wasn't all bad, hope you like my little rant lol
