you're just activating a command in the config. The only benefit is having all legends playable if you don't have them unlocked. You can't equip any of the items so its pretty chill and they will likely patch this soon. I wouldn't advise doing it though but I definitely had fun looking like I owned every badge xD

I think almost everything should be viewable in game. Especially this late in the game it just shows how many cosmetics have come out over the years. It also makes it easier for you to view all skins for a certain legend or gun without having to go online. For example before I craft skins I sometimes check the recolors of it first to see if it's the one I want. If they had all skins in the game at all times they could even take the "Stories from the outlands" banner UI from the legend menu, then put it on weapons to show which recolors or events they come from.

They can’t banned for cosmetics glitch.. cosmetics only cosmetics. Cosmetics didn’t boost damage so it won’t impact the game play. Plus the heirloom glitch before i still have it on some legends and it’s gone if i pick the last legend that have the glitch heirloom and closed the game with that legend.
