I love that you're rolling 5 items on solo runs now, makes for a much more interesting session imo. I also think you should adopt the rule of being allowed to reroll a duplicate item like you did here, because having multiples of a single item in a solo playthrough isn't very useful in most cases. Item diversity FTW!

You do realize that it is just one of the three evidence he needs to discover what type of ghost it is, right? Saying "Give me a sign" can make gost turn on/off lights, close/open doors or even manifest which makes for emf reader and uv light evidence.

I'm kind of a vr nerd, you said the votes were leaning toward an htc vive which I assume you meant the original version. At that price point it's really not a great value headset since it's old gen technology, something like an oculus rift s would get you much more for your money and would take less time to set up (also much more comfortable). There's a headset called the "hp reverb g2" that was recently announced, it's scheduled to start shipping out in the next few weeks and it's really really good for the price if you would wait a few weeks for them to start shipping out orders: www8.hp.com/us/en/vr/reverb-g2-vr-headset.html Do what you want of course but I just wanted to make a suggestion :)

Try to avid oculus. If you want to buy htc vive leave it. The index is in the same price range and is waaaay better. Bought it myself and it was totally worth it. If want the best index is your way to go. The lighthousetracking is superior in beatsaber and the aim is 99.99% accurate in pavlov. If you want a solid one with insideout tracking G2 from HP will do fine. And one more time avoid oculus. I dont trust FaceBool at all.

Lets ask the *REAL* Question - How did a solo dev make a game with better Sound thru walls n shit than R6S..

I mean to be fair, as someone who has played a couple of hundred of R6S, it has a dynamic sound system, where each and every wall, ceiling and floor that is destructible needs to have a dynamic sound profile, which also causes a lot of bugs. Ubisoft's engine isn't really good enough for dynamic sound systems but they'll improve it, I hope. As for in Phasmophobia, the environment is pretty static. Nothing really changes other than doors opening, radios playing and objects falling over. It's much easier to code and implement that sort of sound system. But the sound is definitely one of the most incredible aspects of this game.

Phasmo has static walls with zero destruction but yeah the sound is incredibly well done in Phasmo....like does the dev have Hollywood friends who do sound effects and ambiance/room tone for a living or what???

Anyone else noticed some buggy or weird stuff? Like me and my friends had probably 2 ghosts on a map smhow...we saw 2 different models ( a child and granny with sickle ) , and even when we got 3 evidences, it was something completely different. And we were getting emf 5 in the truck...

Never had the game glitch the models like that but I did get buggy glitches for evidence like 5 times. Where we got random evidence that had nothing to do with the actual ghost type it really was.

I just found out from watching some other Phasmo Vids, if you ever get a game with multiple ghosts...it's a hacker on your team fucking with you. Saw where they hacked a game so ghost can kill you inside the van and things like that, they remove the house boundary for the ghost and force spawn of other ghosts etc. It's nonsense
