Not much of a GT fan myself but Baby was the best villain from that series, so he would be nice to have as well. You should've said that Garlic Jr. is not as iconic or as popular as Broly or other movie villains like Cooler and Janemba. That would have made more sense. Plus the chances of Garlic Jr. of any form getting a figure are kinda slim at best and would take a long time until that happens.

Proportion wise Kid Goku and Krillin worked well for Dragon Ball, the only problem was some of the figures in that line weren't in scale with them or Roshi.
