YOU DID IT WRONG Maverick X3 Alba Clutch Cover Pin Kit

Finally ordered the Alba Racing clutch pin kit for the X3! This is supposed to make belt changes painless. We install with an easy hack and we'll let ya know our opinion when we blow the next belt! Hope you enjoy!

They are handy, just seems like I end up buying a bun every time I need to use one.

So where does the supplied washers go? Was yours loose because you didn't have the gasket? Like the technique!

The washers go on the backside of the rivet to keep the rivet from pulling through the plastic. Yes, the reason ours is loose is because our gasket is missing, it was damaged when the housing was broken. Thanks, thanks for commenting.

They don’t hold the case tight enough. I took mine off after one ride in the mud. Don’t waste your time and money

I wonder if that kit would work with a Maverick Max. I don't find any listed for one. It sure would uncomplicate trail repairs.
