its not that lawyers go to hell. basically, the person in the video is Edgeworth's father. thats why he is in heaven. his son, also named Edgeworth (hes the one who goes against phoenix alot in the games) is currently alive, and phoenix as well is currently alive. this means they cant be in this video. the video maker knew this and made up the perfect way to work ace attorney into this situation. also in the helluva video it was heavily implied phoenix was still alive and somehow got to hell to be Blitzo's lawyer. he wasnt dead.

We chose to use Gregory due to a few factors. Mainly that we had not used him in videos and that he is dead. Another reason is the fact we knew we would release this video on the 28th, which made the use of the late mister Edgeworth feel all the more fitting. Also, we figured we would have no other way to make use of Gregory for a while, given our style of debates. Ergo, this may be his only time showing up on the channel.
