Lol my bosses hate me because of this! I’ve worked at the same job for 15 years, I’ve never tried to advance in my career. It allows me to make money, so I can travel to play music with my band and work on my art business. I actually have a very fun job, I love working with people with disabilities. I love my clients deeply and want to make their life as fulfilling and joyful as I can. I get a big giggle out of telling my bosses that I only care about the people I support, I do not care about the goals of the organization or making my bosses look good. Others get jealous of me too, they try to hurt my feelings sometimes. They tell me I’m immature and irresponsible. I have no kids, I do whatever I want when I want. I put hours into my spiritual practice, my art and my music. I have no problem telling the , yes I’m immature. But I am having a blast haha!

I give each of my callers 110% of my abilities to solve their insurance issues. I care more about that than how good my bosses look to their bosses. And I've concluded that I need the job more than they need me doing the job. @@zion367 I didn't necessarily mean to video with the intent of making a fool out of someone, but people will behave differently knowing they are being recorded. There are plenty of options for having cameras around your home, you have your phone, and you can get covert cameras for cheap. If your dog is outside, you can have a sign that says you have surveillance. Even if you tell them you are recording, it might change their behavior.

I've had this video on loop for like 8 times now. The more I listen to it, the more it sounds like protecting yourself by sticking to your non-negotiable values. If you do, the right and wrong people will make themselves known if they truly belong in your corner. Also, I say everyday in my prayers "I cannot control people, places or things, but I can control how I react to them." I tapered off of 120mg methadone, lyrica, benzos, multiple psych meds and flat up quit amphetamines, drinking soda, and social media (except for youtube and reddit - my public ones mainly), and did all of this in about 18 months. The tools I use for success are prayer, shadow work, exercise, DBT skills, meditation, being hard-working, setting boundaries with people, waking up early every single day, keeping a dream journal, etc.

I was always treated this way. I learned to build myself in silence. When the time came they saw what they had done. I slowly drifted into my own space in time. I built my education. I didn't need anything from anyone. I relied on myself to accomplish goals. Their attitudes placed me on a much higher setting. They thought that they had won. I was suppose to disapear, and fall apart. I didn't.

Luv this ❤2 be strong takes strength which takes time & patience with yourself, just like the gym.i stressed so much I broke & like a bone I mended & calcified sorry I'm a Personal trainer lol ..its shows on the outside .worrying produces cortisol, a hormone ,which isn't great long-term for you .eg ages & gain weight retrict blood vessels ect so it has a physical effect. People pleasing is just wanting to be loved .if you have all that love .love yourself and see what happens .I was lonely at 1st but the alternative was betrayal .now I'm more discerning with the company I keep .it's the action & how i feel a round people ,not the words .it's all a learning. I've made many mistakes believing in the wrong people. I've realised they have been taught the wrong way or hurt themselves, so it's protection .some want to heal some don't. Our job is to heal one self it's a ripple effect. It vibrates round the world for the world as we are all one nature too .love & peace my beautiful souls ✨️ ❤❤❤😊
