I still kinda understand why some people in the world would despise Christians and it goes further back than bible-thumping someone into believing. The history of Christianity (before and after Christ and the books of the bible) carries with it a very somber past. Its vicious cycle acts of scandals and violent crusades and inquisition's done in the name of God are still examples of sins that we not only as human beings but followers of christ have ever committed. Sins like the blood staining the clay of the land we have taken for granted. But unlike The sins that are forgiven and baptized away by heaven every day. The mistakes we done in the past will never be washed out by the world where forgiveness is becoming more rare. It hauntingly follows us and as a zeitgeist echos of pain from a faraway time that yet still hits home too close to us. Of course, we can never silence them to unhear the mistakes we did over and over. But we can own up to our mistakes to just drown them out and learn to be better people, even if it means respecting your enemy, other beliefs, and non-believers. Something Jesus intended us to do.

That means you are kind natured. Evil people exist, and they do not deserve forgiveness, but you are kind. Kindness is a trait which you can use to improve the world.

It's Important to forgive. Jesus said "forgive or you will not be forgiven." If we do not Forgive, we will not be forgiven of our Sins. It is hard, yes, but we must Forgive just as Jesus forgave us!

Forgiving and even loving doesn’t = liking someone. You can still forgive someone and keep a safe distance to protect yourself, your theology and your loved ones if necessary. The point is to avoid hating them, wishing for their downfall, hoping that they suffer instead of learning from their mistakes. You are encouraged to forgive, even criminals that hurt you or those you love or who may plan to cause hurt in the future. It is in fact necessary to forgive this person, and necessary to pray they learn to live according to God’s word so that He may show him the way to a new heart away from his evil desires.

God forgives the worst of sinners… so it’s ok.

Heaven is only taken from those who sin gravely and don't repent. Simple as really. Christianity is about being your best self, and trying to fix past mistakes. We all sin, but we can be forgiven, if we ask and we act upon it and try not to sin again. If one sins, apologises, and then doesn't even try to prevent themselves from sinning again, that is rephrensable, but not totally unforgivable. Basically, what I'm saying is, just try. That's what it's about. Trying as hard as possible. The evil ones are the only ones condemned without chance of repentance.

So if you dont repent from your sins then youre not saved, in other words if you dont do this work youre not saved, because thats exactly what turning away from sin is, a work. It says in Jonah 3:10 that God saw the works, that they turned from their evil ways. Repentance is a change of mind from unbelief to belief and Jesus never preached repentance to those who already believed in Him, repentance is not a work, turning away from sin is a work, a filthy rag that cannot save you

Ok, here's what I don't get. You say christianity isn't about earning heaven, but about being given heaven. So, if you're a christian, you are given heaven. And thus one could logically assume (Idk if you believe this, I haven't watched your other videos) that being not a christian gets you not into heaven. So you have to be a christian to be given heaven. Is that not earning heaven? I really don't get the distinction here.

Totally valid thoughts you're having! I honestly don't think I explained it very well in this video. It's subtle and a hard thing to understand. But by "not earning heaven" what I mean is you don't have to reach a certain standard of goodness, or accomplish a certain set of accomplishments to go to heaven. All you have to have is faith in God. Faith in God doesn't mean you literally never doubt Him because if that were the case no one would go to heaven. And faith in God does mean doing your best to flow Him and do His commandments. Having faith and doing your best to follow him definitely sounds like a work to me! The reason why I don't consider this earning heaven, is because it's not really something deserving of heaven. My very best is still pretty basic, I'm no better than anyone else trying to be good, and my faith has faltered menny times in my life. But I know I'll still go to heaven because God has promised it to me. I'm not earning it, it's being gifted to me. I hope this makes sense. It's definitely a difficult thing to grasp even for christians I explained it in my latest video in a kind of indirect way, but it might help if you're interested in digging into this more Anyway thanks for the comment! Also I just made a discord server if you're interested in joining :3

It's purposely confusing. Salvation is "free" but following Christ will cost EVERYTHING. Read All of Grace by Spurgeon. Many people "say"they believe but they have NEVER been tested by God with their life. I'm talking book of Job like trials/suffering. If you say you believe but you have NEVER suffered, those are red flags.
