А в чем был прикол второго рецепта? Раскатать тесто, вырезать кружочки, чтобы потом свернуть их в нелепые трубочки ? Не проще и экономичнее было свернуть ровные трубочки из квадратиков? И отходов не было бы и смотрелись бы аккуратнее))

Thank you! These look fabulous and I will make them but it would be VERY helpful to know what type of cheese you pair with each preparation. You did specify in some recipes but not in all. I’m aware I can CHOOSE whatever suits me but I’d like to know what the recipe developer intended/used. For example, the very first prep had two cheeses, both entitled “cheese” which appeared to be white cheeses. Was it Swiss? Monterrey Jack? Provolone? We’re both the slices and the grated the same type of cheese or different?
