To expand on what I said further down, the questions being so ameri-centric sucks. But not specifically because it's ameri-centric, but the questions asks about stuff that no one cares about. A question can be culture/nation-centric, but it has to be about something people care enough about. Take the tuna sushi question. Not everyone will know japanese, but enough people like eating sushi that a good number will know what maguro is.
