• 150 g sugar (about 3/4 cup)
• 3 tbsp sparkling water
• 3 tbsp vegetable oil
• 140 g all-purpose flour (about 1 1/8 cups)
• 30 g cocoa (about 1/4 cup)
• 1 teaspoon Baking powder
• 5 egg whites
Cream:
• 120 g butter (about 1/2 cup)
• 70 g powdered sugar (about 2/3 cup)
• 500 g low-fat curd cheese (about 2 cups)
For decoration:
• 200 ml cream with 30% fat (about 3/4 cup + 2 tablespoons)
Baking instructions:
• Baking temperature: 200°C (392°F)
• Baking time: 15 minutes, convection
Baking pan:
• Baking pan size: 29 cm x 33 cm (about 11.5 inches x 13 inches)
