i was also in wrost situation then i started to feel okay when i moved to hostel but when i came back from hostel my own parents started to throw me again to that trauma by insulting and reminding of it and now im again back to this slump side

Exactly same. We can go anywhere in the world but our minds will follow. We think escaping a certain situation is better and automatically all our "mind" problems will be solved but it doesn't If we have the mindset that changing the place will change it wouldn't

@@ihaveseenyou hi first off thanks for sharing this publicly and I’m really sorry that your own parents failing to understand you . As harsh as it sounds … you have to start doing things despite that.. because if we wait for change that’s not gonna happen .. we need to take that first step despite the pain ..but I also understand it’ll take some time to even do the basic things like you used to.. so give some time and go easy with yourself. Be with people who won’t remind your past trauma…..

Yes that's a tough state to be in. I've been dealing with it myself. I just been working through it. I know things will be fine though.
