Have always really appreciated your simple, practical advice Shaan. THIS is what people who are suffering from Anxiety need and want. It irritates me the overly-spiritual and corny type approach of some that are not living in the real world. Keep it simple!

Wow, what an interesting idea 😳 to accept that my life is currently in an unstructured state, that it doesn't have to be a nicely arranged life at all and what I have in my head (I'm going through a mid-life crisis and besides, therapy has strongly affected my thinking and priorities). That I can go on with my life even though it is a process of transformation that is still ongoing 🤔

Thank you so much for being here for us Shaan .. Wish you all the happiness in the world! 🪻

I have been following Claire Weekes advice , I get to feeling well and start drinking that delicious cup of coffee that I had given up to help deal with anxiety, sure as rain, my anxiety would start up again. So…………..I am one of those that cannot drink coffee (even though I absolutely love it). My husband recently passed away and yes, Anxiety has begun ---and it is definitely harder to handle. I wish my anxiety would die.

I don’t think the vast majority have 3 extra morning hours tho. This is why people turn to medicine. It’s quick and puts a band-aid on the problem. I’m a nurse, I gotta be at work by 8 and kids to school by 730 so I get it

I mean I deffo can’t have coffee it gave me heart pulpitations and for some people weed does actually mess them up even a bit- I wouldn’t say there is anything wrong with not wanting to do any weed or caffeine- or that I’m too strict in myself cos I don’t want to do those things lol

I wouldn’t say that I’m perpetuating my anxiety issues by knowing weed messes me up either- that just sounds silly to me really I don’t have a super strict routine but I do try and get a good diet, moderate exercise, good sleep and not do things that I no will make me worse like weed Maybe u are okay with a little weed, people are different
