Once I understood what it is and accepted , I no longer fear it, because it is the fear that we prolonged our symptoms. Once you lose fear of it, the symptoms will slowly subside.i know it's not easy accepting, but we have to learn to accept and live with the discomfort for a time being without fearing.i know it's very hard to accept this symptoms which feels do real . But believe me ,you will get there and recovery is 💯 possible

@@Unknown-zv4oxtotally true in a sense, I’m sure Shaan is actually trying to help people and not try to make money off them but you are right I tend to come to these videos for some comfort when I do feel any symptom out of nowhere, but you’re right the more you almost leave your body and trust it, the better you can feel. It’s almost like the less you fight your thoughts/symptoms the less often they happen and the easier it gets, I’m still recovering from my health anxiety, luckily I found out what this was pretty quickly so I’m going through nearly a month of this and I do feel a lot better as of speaking, sometimes I’ll feel things and get anxious again but certainly everything is getting less often and less intense which is good, but sometimes for me I get more on edge or anxious before k go to bed but when I fall asleep I forget and I’m Better, I just pray for everyone’s recovery journeys to be effective and short 🙏🙏

Anyone else struggle with social anxiety in particular. My social anxiety feels really debilitating for me. I can't form meaningful relationships because my social anxiety gets in the way and when people do show me Love I end up erecting a mental barrier and distance myself and find im afraid to get to close to someone because I don't want to get hurt and I self sabotage friendships and relationships. Everywhere I go people are staring at me for some reason and I know social anxiety causes it's victims to think everyone is staring at them but with me people are actually staring at me!! 2 coworker's confirmed that to me and asked me why does everyone stare at you? I went to the DMV the other day and 5 workers in a group were all gazing at me for a long time. It's like the twilight zone. They really are staring at me and I know that I have a radiant Spirit but it's very uncomfortable when they all stare. I'm also attracting alot of haters lately. I guess for some reason many feel insecure or intimated and that's their problem not mines. I hold my head a little higher as a sign of Courage.

Listen to Claire Weeks. I have come to realize two things: responding the correct way and utter utter acceptance are the keys to full recovery. Yes it does take confidence and willingness to step out of your comfort zone, but trust me, anxiety won’t kill you no matter how dreadful it feels, no matter the influx of emotions and intrusive thoughts, no matter the debilitating symptoms. Anxiety is really just over sensitive nerves, which is controlled by your subconscious mind. Don’t let your life be controlled by these feelings. You are much much more powerful than you think you are. Dare your symptoms to act up more during a panic attack, dare it to kill you, dare it to make you faint. You will soon realize, on the other side of all the fear, there is absolutely nothing but peace!

@@MrYouthfist18 thank you so much for the motivation. My problem is mainly depersonalization, i feel like u forgot who i am. Like i don't have an identity anymore. And I just don't know what to do. Every time I feel like I made progress, i get stuck again somewhere. It has been 4 months now and I was really starting to lose hope. I just miss myself, I miss who I was and how I used to feel..

@@esraa5921 Circumstances in life can have an adverse reaction on our subconscious mind. Circumstances such as trauma, continuous disappointments, relationships, job loss etc can negatively reshape how we think of ourselves and sometimes it’s very hard to discontinue and break free from such loops. It sometimes leads to anxiety, depression and depersonalization to name a few. But I’ll tell you something, that feeling or identity you are searching for, never changed or disappeared. It’s all within you. The mere fact that you can actually remember your identity, means you never lost it. In this modern age we have forgotten our true selves and the power we behold. We often depend on material things, the options of others and external factors to feel happy or complete. Yes we live in a 3D realm so all these things do shape our experiences, but it should never allow us to neglect the peace and love that we bestow within. Ground yourself, let go of the desire to feel a certain way, and just be. You can demand your own happiness. Start chanting morning affirmations, meditate, go out in nature and walk barefoot. Challenge yourself daily to doing something that makes you feel proud of yourself. It does not happen overnight, but with the choice to get up and work on yourself, coupled with consistency, you will see transformation. There are many ways to do this, but I’m confident you will find your flow.
