Years ago when I was depressed and was on meds. Felt better started prep and wasn’t loosing weight. Took myself off slowly. Started loosing weight.

Remember I did the spa the day after my show remember. And with my close family which was great to sit and visit and no phones and just be present and eat lol 😂

I feel like if you guys didn't live together it would be a lot harder relationship wise...I often think I'd like to date but my non negotiable is training and definitely in competition prep I can't imagine it. Just need to find someone who gets it 🤔🙃

Can Tim go into more detail about what he meant when he said he doesn't enjoy training and training is in a weird space for him right now? Is this has happened before, how does he get out of that and what is he currently doing to try to enjoy training again/ get back to a space where he loves it?
