NO more tv, radio, music (440hz), movies, shows, series, news, sports, games, streaming services etc. Except for a few snippets every now and again in relation to my research, but even then it is by conscious choice. No more spoon fed programming for me. Oh, and no LED lighting or Wifi! I don’t miss any of it one bit 🥰 and life is beautiful. Fear, anxiety and depression controlled my life for 40+ years ☺️ No more and never again! 😏 Ever looked up (and read) the original patent applications for the television apparatus? Very interesting.
