Old Age can be your BIGGEST ADVANTAGE
It’s my unfair advantage against young guys. I remember being in college guys saying things like "I remember In HS I could do X" as if being 21 now puts him at a disadvantage to a high schooler...
Don't forget about drinking clean, purified water - never tap or weakly filtered!
No caffeine, you must sleep. REST AS HARD AS YOU WORKOUT.
And the biggest joke of all, guys saying they're gonna raise their test by popping a zyn or smoking tobacco then sitting back and tickling their nipples... don't be a fool.
Reason Why & Current Goal : Infinite energy. Super Saiyan. Milestone to get there = 2000+ level testosterone.
Predictions:
Men can peak athletically until about 52 and then after that the wear and tear will become too much to gain athletically but maintenance will be possible until about 77 and then decline will be almost inevitable. Even the hormonal glands will be worn out from pumping by then. *However the energy of the man can always rise until death! Energy is fueled by health and mindset and directly influences your sexual ability.
That's right, sexual function will only INCREASE with age so long as your energy does too.
Women can keep becoming more and more beautiful until around 50 until they finally start to plateau and eventually decline in aesthetic appeal. However their aesthetics will always be overshadowed by their grace and divinity which can continue to grow infinitely like a man's energy, anyway.

I agree. At 31, cross training and pushing my physical limits makes a huge difference.

I’m already dead physically. The system phucked with me at a young age. I poisoned myself though out the past years living in deception & decay. I try I try. But I pray you have longevity. You are inspiring Andrew.

@@AndrewZambetti I started last year. I went from 258lbs to 195lbs. I try to eat clean, I fast, I practice semen retention, i work out 🏋️‍♀️,I stay in prayer, my ego has been destroyed, I don’t even fit in anymore?! Your videos popped up on my feed and immediately I was triggered brother. I guess I admired how disciplined you are and you seem to have had a good healthy lifestyle. I was like this Andrew dude goes to sleep every night with that gorgeous body, I wish I could afford proper high end supplements. I know things take time. Health is wealth and I’m starting late in this life and it hurts to know I fucked up over the years. I’m not perfect, but thank you for inspiring me and thank you for the response.

@@MATRICULAT3D I didn’t even do creatine until last year when I was 29. Same with protein shakes. Basically no supps till I started going hard on 2 a days. You don’t need them. Just clean water and good food
