You guys did it! What a great introduction. The weather, the colors, the views, the anchorage, the cove, the breaking wave caught on camera, the cool attitude of the kids from Sailing Nandja, the chemistry with you guys, the child-like beaming smiles of both you Nick and Terysa. I don’t know why I enjoy so much to see you so happy but you guys glow when you are lost in yourselves in the moment. It is very refreshing and joyful. And, oh, the town at night... beautiful. I really enjoyed it. Thanks for sharing. Blessings.

You know, I can only recall another episode where Nick and Terysa seemed as happy as they were while hanging out with you guys from Sailing Nandji. It was while hanging out with Bo and Alison in a South Carolina festival. Either Nick and/or Terysa once said cruising is made by the people you meet. At the time I thought it was just a cute thing to say on camera. Witnessing it take place with you in Sailing Nandji and Bo and Alison brings so much depth to you all and your channels. I am subscribing to Sailing Nandji, as well. It was really pleasant to watch you interact. I hope, if one day we meet, it will be as magical. Blessings to you all.

I was on Koh Phi Phi in 1988. Nothing but grass shacks back in those days. I still consider it the most beautiful place I've ever been. One day I hiked up to the top of the peak to the look out over the isthmus. A French family was just in front of me, and when they got to the look out, the little boy shouted "Ooh la la!" I couldn't have said it better! ;-)

Nick, Seawind. I'll be meeting up with Shane this year in Vietnam to see what he's got. My friends here in Asia who sail say you will never be able to compare the experience of sailing monos with Cats. You already know why. But i also agree with you that if you are living aboard, even for just a few months, and you can afford it, you cannot compare a monohull with a Cat in that regard. I'll be selling my 50' MY for a Cat within a year or two, and it's probably going to be an 1160 or 1260, because of performance. I was out on an island last week, anchored around 8 meters when a large Cat went by and motored almost onto the beach. They anchored in what looked to be under 2 meters of water, then walked from the Cat to the beach. We dove our DPV's from my boat to the beach, too far out to swim. Later, they just raised their sails and sailed off. Done.

Yeah there are some pretty big advantages to cat living mate.

Your comment about catamarans being like RVs struck a chord with me, as I remember being anchored in what would have been a beautiful secluded anchorage 20 years ago, but now reminded me of an RV park in New Jersey due to the amount of cats moored in front of us. That said, all seemed very happy with their RVs.

I think you need to give either the sensor or lens a clean, it is very visible during Terysa's monologue about 10:00 mins in. On a positive note, living vicariously through your adventures is something that I look forward to. Hey guys! Loving this episode and the cross pollination with those ‘LEGENDS’ on Nandji (Such a beautiful ‘family’) Many great men in history have said (To paraphrase) “You can do ANYTHING you set your mind to” If you want to free dive to 20m make it your goal! Push yourself (GENTLY) every time you duck dive for the bottom! Research Apnoea diving and use caution, but GO FOR IT! (After deciding I wanted to see how deep I could go and slowly, patiently building myself up to it, I reached 43m (Albeit, many years ago, when I was working on a dive boat) I know I am not anywhere near as fit or capable these days, but the main thing preventing me from repeating that feat now is not pushing myself as much as I did. Free diving (Or even just anchoring) @20m is one persons dream - another persons routine reality!
