Tip. The stylist who does my hair told me tight ponytails and updos cause that breakage/thinning in the back middle part of the hair. I had the same damage before. Now I don’t.

She likes it. Her eyes are smiling. Those ends are gone for the time being. She can get her length back in about 9 months if she keeps those split ends gone.

Kudos to your client for letting go of those damaged ends! Her hair looked so much healthier after that trim. Were you able to figure out what caused the damage so she can prevent that from happening again?

Stress, going too hard on the extension styles. I tell my clients to be careful when uninstalling their hair, or if they go get am extension style done from someone else they have to be careful of that too. I did a protein treatment on her too, and she said she also started taking hair vitamins too, so that’ll aid in the shake back. Imma have an update probably 2 months from now, to show the difference as she continues on her journey.
