As a white lady, who has survived cancer and chemo, yet with very little hair left, I watched your video in fascination. First, I just want to say you are such a Beautiful Lady, and you do a wonderful job on your make up. So classy and it was refreshing to see someone doing their make up so that it truly looks natural! I can tell just by the eyeliner alone how careful you are and how Precisely you do your make up. I think you’re beautiful and I loved your smile as you worked. Last, I was tired with you as You worked through all the sections of your hair to accomplish your goal. I was a little envious of how much hair you have, to be honest, and the end results were FANTASTIC😊♥️ Thanks for sharing your video with the world.

As an Asian girl, I am in love with your hair! Black people's hair is beautiful and I admire how much you guys can slay the look and how much you give care into your hair! I don't think I will have the patience as you guys but I admire black people for it. They wear their natural curly hair beautifully, slaying curly and straight hair at the same time! I wouldn't want to have this because black people should have a thing for their own since white people had been taking their things since way back. My hair is a 3a 3b or something in between. I never learned how to take care of it. My parents are both mixed and my mom was not as knowledgeable in curly hair so I always had my hair relaxed as a kid. I transitioned my hair already and as Ive been learning my hair just coils more. I had no knowledge of my curl pattern or anything and even my mom thinks I'm using rods to style my hair when its just moisture and a Denman brush. I am so thankful for you tube channels like yours. 😍

When you are going through difficult times in your life, don't isolate yourself. There are people who have been through what you might be facing right now and they overcame it. Don't push people away, surround yourself with people who are spiritually mature and get the help that you need. Isolation when you are in pain and don't know if there's a way out is dangerous and that's why we have suicide cases. Listen, there's nothing that you can be facing that God is not able to solve for with God nothing is impossible. Hold on. Jesus loves you.

This is a video about self acceptance, loving yourself, hair art and the simple beauty of life. You slick by interjecting, cares of the world, misery and thoughts of death into it. Darkness was not a topic here, you need praise so much your willing to put a damper on things. The devil always comes like an angel of light. Nobody was even thinking about depression, problems or suicide until you brought it up. Real slick with it. Beautiful people understand that peace is maintained when surrounded by joy. So let's get back to hair art and how amazing you all are in spite of the struggle. Validation comes from within not from others

OMG So I WAS TODAY YEARS OLD when I discovered that my hair, which I've considered to be and told was straight (to be fair, it is pretty straight), which gets poofy after I shower and brush it and settles down with time is because I have a bit of a large wave pattern in it that gets messed up after washing it. They're broad waves and it's not super dramatic people with curls would probably laugh, but it explains this poofy, unkempt look that has always bothered me and I wrote off as just "thickness." I discovered this after watching you handle your hair with your hands to encourage the hair into its pattern. I was just playing with it with my fingers and saw for the FIRST TIME that my hair wanted to settle into some broad waves and not just stay kinda awkwardly poofy like the brush left it. I ran to my boyfriend and was like "Look! Am I crazy or is my hair a bit wavy?" And he was like "I thought you knew it was wavy!" 🤦♀️ It had never occurred to me to look in my hair for an natural wave until watching this channel. It just wasnt in the narrative I was told about my hair growing up. Your video encouraged me to look at my own hair with a new light and learned something about myself. Thank you!
@sumunsya29044 жыл бұрын
I also have strangely poofy hair, I have to try it, haha 😂❤
@diamondmiles27603 жыл бұрын
. Your hair more than likely is not properly moisturized and detangle to show the true pattern, are your biracial? That tends to be a trend with that ethnic background. Nonetheless, how does your hair look now? .
@tracy29193 жыл бұрын
@@diamondmiles2760 Thanks for asking! I am not biracial, I'm a mutt white mix as far as I'm aware lol my family has a fairly wide range of hair colors and textures tho. I've started brushing my hair less since then and a day or so after showering and some finger combing it seems to settle from thick and poofy into flatter waves, which looks nicer. A little messy still, but less messy than poofy haha. Been wanting to try some products for wavy hair to see if that helps it settle in more quickly after showering, not sure where to start tho.

I know this comment is old, but your hair is probably a 2a or 2b. I hope looking into wavy hair care methods has/will help you out! also, curlies (i'm a 3b) should NOT make fun of you. we kinda laugh when wavies call their hair curly, but technically any kind of texture can be called a curl. good luck!
