Did you change your HDMI cable? for 4k 60Hz recording you need a HDMI 2.1 cable, the cable for the old elgato is very likely to not meet this.

Can PCs have partitions on the same computer and HD and install a whole new/clean Operating System to see if it is a software/OS issue? Maybe it's something with the Graphics firmware and card?

I had a problem similar to that back in the day. I ended up having to have my pc on and the software up and running before I turned my xbox on.

Oh yeah if you want to hear a weird problem with elgato I have this weird issue before where the recording will stop randomly if there's no sound happening in the game so for example during a battlefront 2 loading screen it will stop recording randomly

I got the old HD 60 and was able to use it fine with the old software after I finished building my Windows PC about 1 year ago, granted I haven't used it as much as you've used yours. What happened to yours sounds weird. Don't know if the current Xbox Series X software would allow you to transfer your game captures to an external drive and then be able to access them on your computer, then edit that footage with your separately recorded commentary, render the two files together to make a vid to upload. 🤔

I think the gunship just shows up for you. Regarding this video, did you take it from the Elgato or the unlisted stream? I’m asking because, to my eyes, something seemed off. I don’t think it was necessarily the resolution, but the frame rate looked a bit skippy/laggy, like when you sometimes take videos from KZbin. Also, apparently you need a new controller too! RIP RB lol

This game sucks eventually because the only game modes that are on as of now are galactic assault and hopefully hvv which is a bitch fest to mess with. Hopeful Star Wars classic collection is revived soon sometime in between now and then and the shit that breaks the fourth wall is the player count dwindled through the first week of everyone jumping into battlefront classic collection until then again will I survive their crashed servers. Until then. There is no reason to play this game in 2024 anymore way too long to grind with higher level counts up to MAX. I rather go with classic collection because gives me nostalgic down memory lane but since the game starts to crash again no one really seems to bicker about the game at asypr anymore. Poor junk of course in the Star Wars battlefront 2 (2017) community unless the classic collection at least my golden retrieval will always be the finest hour. Star Wars battlefront 2 2017 will always be paid to win with sudden changes to their own grinding Star cards for whatever reason is sleaziest most petrifying most shortest sweaty game in the history of FPS shooters. Nothing will ever replicate the way the classic collection had an awesome campaign but the multiplayer was unplayable.🌌🙂🙃🙂
