That has happened to me exactly twice in the two years that I have played this... And neither one was the event UR. I HAVE had the banner UR pulled twice in an initial 10 pull within hours of the banner starting though (INT Lemillion and Christmas Jiro respectively)

I got super lucky with 5 multi pulls :D got 2 Komoris, a green Nejire copy, green Iida, and red Aizawa, plus got the memories, haven't been this lucky on pulls before :o

everyone but me got her on their first free daily... I did 100 summons and didn't get her at all... got FOUR OFF-BANNER CRAP UR charas... not even ones I needed or was missing like Shoji or Mirko... or good DX tokens (it was like STR Deku, INT Deku, DST Shoto and some other unit I already had fully UR+ed...) rate up is an f-ing lie
